We build systems around how institutes actually work
Intellogy Corporation is an MSME-registered education-technology company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Most institutes already have working processes — ways of tracking fees, taking attendance, following up on enquiries and setting papers. Those processes aren't the problem.
We build software that makes those processes clearer and more repeatable, instead of expecting every institute to reshape itself around a generic template. We understand requirements before making commitments, and we let real usage and feedback decide what we improve next.
How we try to work
These are operating principles we hold ourselves to — not claims of perfect execution.
Understand the workflow first
We look at how an institute actually runs before proposing anything — software should fit the work, not the other way around.
Show what exists
We demonstrate real, working software and are clear about the line between what’s available now and what is planned.
Make clear commitments
We agree scope in writing and deliver against it, so expectations are shared from the start.
Treat feedback as evidence
What customers tell us in daily use shapes what we build next, more than any assumption of ours.
Document the process
We write things down so knowledge can be shared across a growing team, not held in one person’s head.
Improve through use
We measure, iterate and refine systems as they’re used, rather than treating a launch as the finish line.
Where we're focused today
IntellSetu — Institute ERP
Runs the institute day to day: admissions and leads, students and batches, fees, attendance, academics and reporting, with a built-in assistant.
AI Test Generator
Builds board-ready question papers for CBSE, GSEB, JEE and NEET in minutes, from a verified question bank plus AI — with review and export.
The founders

Leads product direction, technology and overall company strategy — and most of the hands-on building behind IntellSetu and the AI Test Generator.

Leads operations and business execution — working directly with institutes to understand their workflow and make sure what we deliver actually fits.
A small, hands-on team — close to the institutes we build for.

From founder-led work to repeatable systems
Early on, a company runs on what the founders carry in their heads. That works until it doesn't — so we're deliberately turning how we work into something repeatable: documented processes, clear ownership, and feedback loops across sales, field operations, product and support.
The aim is simple: important work shouldn't depend on one person's memory. That's the same belief that shapes our software for institutes — fewer things held in people's heads, more in systems everyone can rely on.
Come see it against your own workflow
The best way to understand Intellogy is to watch the software run against how your institute actually works. Arrange a visit or a demonstration.
